1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Intellectual Property Rights and Licensing

A. Ownership

The Site, the underlying source code, databases, functionality, design, and all digital assets (the "Content," including vectors, graphics, and associated metadata) are proprietary to MegaVectors or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

B. License Grant

Upon the valid purchase or download of a Content item, MegaVectors grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the specific Content item solely in accordance with the terms of the Standard License Agreement or Extended License Agreement provided at the time of purchase.

C. Restrictions

Unless explicitly permitted by the applicable license:

• You may not directly or indirectly resell, redistribute, sub-license, share, or offer the Content as a standalone item or as part of a competitive product.
• You may not use the Content in a manner that is defamatory, illegal, or infringes upon the rights of any third party.
• You must not claim authorship or ownership of the Content.

D. Termination of License

Any breach of the licensing terms immediately terminates the granted license.

3. User Accounts and Obligations
